Two servicemen showed up on time and got right to work after listening to my description of the situation. They were friendly and professional and didn't waste any time. I was only charged for the work that was performed - no high pressure sales to buy other things. We went through and tested the washer, bathtub, and toilets before they left to make sure that everything was working correctly.

Two technicians came. They worked quickly, professionally, and extremely knowledgably. Their estimate was greater than the actual charge. They both were professional, friendly, and totally responsive to my wife and me. We are in our 70's and have worked with many plumbers over the years. These two young men were about the best.

They were very professional. The service was performed in about 20 minutes. I do believe the price was a little too high. They did return and check further without an additional charge.

They arrived when expected. Promptly pulled the pump from the well. Nick brought a more superior well pump to replace the old one. It was installed and worked fine. Nick told me what to expected, dirt wise for the next few days. I received the Angie's List discount and the cost was lower than was quoted. I finally feel I have a plumber I can rely on. Thank you!

Professional on phone and when working, came in under 2 hours, called to say they were coming and were right on timedone quickly and even cleaned up before they left, very pleased, would certainly call this plumbing service again and would recommend it.

This one is simple: 1. Prompt and courteous scheduling over the phone 2. Advance notice of when technicians would arrive, along with technician names 3. Technicians arrived exactly on time, at the front of the 2-5 PM time window 4. Technicians were competent and professional 5. Great, two workers showed up on time and were very professional. They worked quickly and finished the job with no issues.

It went great. They called me to tell me they were on the way and arrived early. Immediately identified the problem with the faucet and fixed it quickly. We've lived here a year and we didn't know how to change the whole home filter. It wasn't one that they had experience with, but they quickly figured it out and explained it to us so we could do it ourselves next time. They didn't try to convince us we needed anything more done and seemed genuinely willing to help us. Even though it was obviously a small job for them, they didn't make us feel like we wasted their time. I will definitely call them again the next time we need anything done. Update 4/15/2015 Well, I have learned to wait before writing a review to see how the work stands up. Within a week the faucet started leaking again and gradually got worse than ever. Had another company come out and they showed me the washer the guy from All About Plumbing had used to fix the leak. Even with my untrained eye, I could tell it was doomed to fail. It was the completely wrong type and size and was only a matter of time before it started leaking again. Almost makes me wonder if they did it on purpose so they could come out again and charge me more money to keep fixing it.

We obtained the plumber's name and phone number from our real estate agent, Mr. Matt Ridgeway of Charles Town, WV. All About Plumbing had a plumber here within 1 hour. Bear in mind, please, that this call was at 6:30 P.M. on a Sunday night. The gentleman immdediately went to our home's clean-out plug and "snaked" a tool to eventually retain and remove the obstruction. This was accomplished in 30 minutes. He instructed us to keep flushing toilets and let the faucets run for several moments to flush the line. The gentleman was courteous, professional and most re-assuring. We'd only moved into our new WV house in mid-December and, while this unexpected emergency was disheartening, our experience with All About Plumbing was stellar. We will use them for their service whenever an occasion arises. We whole-heartedly recommend this company to any and all.

All about plumbing replaced my well pump for a lot less than the other two quotes I received. Very professional and timely. Following that I have them come anytime I need a plumber. They are really great

2nd Sears ice maker failed and decided to go back to ice trays. Got plumber to disconnect the water line to the refrigerator ice maker. Second time I have used them and both times previsit telephone contact, in time slot they said, and discount for being a veteran.

I requested a service call expecting up to a week for response or scheduling. Was scheduled for the next day. They came between hours indicated. Diagnosed water hammer problem. It was explained to me as to what problem was in laymen terms and why louder in certain instances. Replaced water reducing valve. Water hammer sound gone. I think they left work area in better condition then arrival.

He shut it off and talked to us about other water softner options.

I was quite pleased with the responsiveness and punctuality of the service call. However, I had to call back to readjust the hot water in the bathtub and while the end result was the hottest water I could attain, I can see that the faucet fixture was installed a little off-center. In addition, the basement bathroom faucet leaked a little and I had to figure out where it was leaking and fixed it myself; just a minor adjustment but feel that not everyone might have been able to figure it out and, therefore, may have had to have a second return visit. Overall, I rate this provider with high marks.

The plumber arrived on time, completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time. Since I am a teacher, I was given a discount on the service.

The crew was professional yet pleasant to work with, should we need any plumbing work done in the future, we would contact All About Plumbing immediately, We would highly recommend them and have done so with friends and family

We had a plumbing emergency caused by installers from Lowes, which caused flooding in our house. CJ from All About Plumbing was able to come out that day to figure out what the issue was and fix it. The quick response was SO helpful and I could not have asked for a more curtious or professional person to work with. It turned out to be an easy fix (error on the initial installer's part) and CJ was able to install things correctly so that we could use the appliances we had just bought. I would absolutedly use their services again, hopefully just not for an emergency! The emergency call was pricy, but worth it in my mind, given the great service that we got.

, I have been using Nick and hos team for years--they are prompt, friendly and really care about giving the BEST possible service! Honestly, they are the first folks I will ever call.

CJ and Colby arrived as scheduled at 4:00PM on Monday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem which was a leaky water heater. Provided me with the information to call the manufacturer. The next morning they arrived with the replacement heater and installed it, removing the old heater. When the work was done they discovered a pinhole in the line going to the refrigerator ice maker. After checking they repaired the leak at no extra cost. Job well done by 2 nice young men.

Provider was called on Sunday, and provider showed up for the work on Monday. The quality of the work was wonderful. They used all quality parts. The job was done professionally. Nick was excellent to work with. I appreciate the work and the excellent customer service. We had a minor issue that was quickly resolved. Nick is a professional. I would highly recommend All about Plumbing! I will have them back for future work.

It went very well --- in fact, could not be improved upon. The plumber arrived within allotted time period and performed his work in a professionally diligent manner. He was friendly and helpful when I asked his advice on a related issue, and the price for his services certainly seemed reasonable. I will definitely use All About again when I need a plumber.

Excellent ! A friend just purchased a house in Inwood, WV, and had no hot water. I looked up Plummers for her and she started calling. They were the only company that would come out in less that 5 days WITH OUT charging an EMERGENCY fee. She was given an appointment time of between 11AM and 2PM. CJ and Colby arrived at 11:15 and by 1230 she had hot water! They replaced both heating elements, and were very professional, courteous. They explained what they were doing and why. They also explained why the elements had burned out. For the cost and service she will be calling them if she needs a plummer again!

The workers arrived within time frame. They were very courteous and pleasant. I showed them the work areas. They did their work professionally. CJ explained what they were going to do and kept me informed on their progress. When the work was completed he went over what was done and the agreed upon price. There was no deviation I might add to what was initially agreed upon by Nick. I was really impressed with this company. I highly recommend them. Also, I want to add when I did our initial consult with Nick, he was very informative and his honesty was a breath of fresh air.
