We received our 2017 contract and it increased by 30% or about $800 dollars. They said it related to (1) everyone has to have the same applied fertilizer and (2) based on the number of past hours. For one thing, we have very mature trees and the fertilizer can not be any type per our arborist. Never been a problem in the past. Secondly, they stated increase is based on the number of hours used in the past. Other than leaves, takes 2 to 3 guys 10 minutes to cut our lawn. Then guys sit in the truck for about 15 minutes before they begin work and at least 15 or more minutes after. Fair enough. But does that mean we have been getting charged an extra 30 minutes all along which increases our overall amount. The wonderful gentleman that started this business would be appalled that this is how they are treating long term customers. Will not renew. Google YELP and look at additional reviews by other past customers. We are extremely disappointed with Paul's ad we were long time customers.

I love them and have a contract with them. It costs $37 every time they mow my very large lawn. They decreased the price per mowing from last year to this year. Last Thursday they did aeration and seeing as part of my annual contract.
