Description of Work: Cleaned up damage from water leak that damaged rugs and dry wall. Insurane paid for restoration. The $2200 is for the dry wall and cabinet repair. Was told it would take 3-4 weeks to get to the repairs. Cannot at this time evaluate finished work.

Description of Work: A steam dryer was installed the on June 27, 2015, the second day at a brand new home, and a leak resulted that got my floors wet and went thru to the basement. Service Master came approximately Checked to make sure there was no water damage or moisture in floors and walls of my house because of an improperly installed steam dryer.

+ 0 moreThey did a great work for us. They are the best carpet cleaning company I have used. The carpet looked brand new after they were done. You could not even tell there was any type of damage after they were done. This was just an excellent experience. I was very pleased. It took them about a week to do all of the work.
Description of Work: They did whole house carpet cleaning, cleaned the walls and air duct cleaning for us. They also replaced the carpet in one room as well.We had a small fire and needed it cleaned.
