+ -1 moreMilestone provided estimates for both a grid tie system and a system with a back-up battery system. After viewing another system installed by Milestone and reviewing our situation we decided to go with the less complex and less expensive grid tie system. A major inducement were the federal and state tax credits available. Milestone also installed a electric vehicle refueling system. The entire installation took a day and a half. The work was done neatly and all excess materials, including an unused satellite dish, were removed.
Description of Work: Milestone installed a grid tie solar cell (photovotaic) array - 16 panels- that converts sun light into electricity that flows into the electric utility's grid. The utility installed an net usage meter, and the solar system will serve to offset our electric bill for our all electric home.
