+ -1 moreWe have used Alex several times since we bought our house a few years ago. We used him to replace our existing propane furnace with a high efficiency heat pump. He did the work neatly and on time. We have been very happy with the upgrade. He came highly recommended from our realtor (since we were new to the area). He is always professional, respectful, and arrives when he says he will be there (if running a bit late, he gives a courtesy call). I have always appreciated his willingness to work around our schedule since my wife and I are both teachers and don't like to miss a day at school. Alex is dependable and a hard worker - definitely a great choice if you need work on your HVAC system!
Description of Work: During the winter on a Friday night, our attic furnace unit's fan would not stop running, plus no heat was being produced. I called Alex who was willing to come out then, but I told him we would be okay until the next day since we had a gas fireplace that does a good job of heating the house in a pinch. He came on Saturday and repaired a bad switch in the attic unit after a thorough analysis of the system. He also stuck around to be sure the fan was shutting off correctly before leaving.
