Very well -- no problems at all.

My chimney was leaking. I called Bob Davis to come and assess the damage. The technician was friendly and professional and described to me the issues and the repairs needed. Later that day, Bob Davis called me with an estimate, their first available date and the time it would take to complete the job. The workers arrived around 9 am promptly on the day of the job and completed it by 1 pm. They explained to me about the warranties and other fixes they put in to ensure that chimney would stay leakproof for a long time. Overall, it was a professional and nice experience and I would definitely use them again.

Everything went perfectly including my meetings with Bob, discussing the options and finalizing the quote. However Bob had a major medical setback which resulted in a breakdown of communication following, but I have a hard time blaming that on them. The work was performed perfectly, the crew was professional and the quote was dead accurate with the balance due being exactly what we expected.

The job went very well. Bob is very busy, so sometimes it takes him a bit of time to get back to you, but once the work starts, his men do a great job. I have used him several times, and I will be using him to reshingle the entire roof this spring.

Process after quoted and contractor selected took some time to get scheduled. Once work commenced, it progressed well with a few delays (some caused by weather). Some leaks were found after initial completion, company has been out twice to fix it and no leaks have been seen for about a month.

Due to the weather at that time of year it took a little longer than usual. Overall everything went fine along with the cleanup.

They were responsive and were quick to have someone come out and give me an estimate.They were professional and did a quality job. I would use them again and highly recommend.

We played phone tag before we got together but I had used their service prior to joining Angie's List. I went back to them because they had done good work in the past. They were friendly and took care of all my needs. I did not like not being able to get hold of them through a direct number; I kept getting an answering machine. They responded in a decent time but it was awkward working through their answering service.

Clean up was good, but had 5 courses of shingles lying in my backyard w/in 2 weeks - as a sheet; only held together with the adhesive strip on the shingle, not a single nail in evidence.

Arrived ahead of schedule, quickly identified the problem with my roof, gave an estimate, and repaired the leak. Great experience and reasonable price. The work is guaranteed so I can give updates after a heavy rain.

They took care of not messing up the house and picked up all the nails. They hauled away everything and left everything the way it was when they began. They had several different men and it was done quickly.

He is very professional. His prices are better than anyone else's I have found. They did a spectacular job on the guttering for me. I am currently negotiating with him for another job also.

Made one call, got a site visit within 48 hours, estimate in 24 hours. Made an appointment, job done to our complete satisfaction.

Bob and his crew showed up on time everytime. They worked quickly and efficiently and stayed within budget. I was surprized at how fast they finished! Bob produced a quote quickly and one that was reasonable and stuck to it. Excellent experience from start to finish.

The work was done well, with no major complaints. The only concerning thing is that there were some cigarette butts left on my property.

Bob Davis is a very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of home improvement. He worked with me on price and options. The team did outstanding work and always professional. Bob did regular inspections of his crew to insure timeliness. These workers are employed by him and not subcontracted except for part of the roofing job. Excellent clean up after each aspect of this job. Roofing and siding is messy business but they were great at cleaning up after each day. Will definitely use them again.

They showed up at 10-minutes to 8 as promised. They not only repaired the section that was loose, they inspected other areas of the ridge vent and resecured them too. I called so late because another company promised to be there Wednesday and again on Thursday. When I called them Thursday afternoon I was told they could not do it.....!

He agreed on my price. He is very thorough. He has not done the work yet. He seems very knowledgeable and experienced. I would use him in the future.

I called Bob Davis Home Improvement around September 23rd because on Angie's List they showed that they were local and that they cleaned gutters and installed gutter covers. I reached a person, who took my information and said that their secretary would be calling me back shortly to arrange an appointment for a person to come out and give me an estimate. Well, I never got a call back from anyone, and today is October 5th.

When the existing door was removed, rotted wood was discovered under the flashing. So a job that should have taken 1/2 day turned into a whole day. Therefore, additional charges were added to the estimate, according to the signed agreement. The aluminum siding around the door had to be used again, so care was taken when it was removed. All the trash pertaining to the job was removed. The workmanship is guaranteed for one year. Mr. Davis was consulted throughout the job when the unexpected occurred. He did visit the job site several times within the day and one-half. The door looks great and received compliments from visitors. The only thing I should have asked for when the bill was settled, was a break-down of price of door, labor and cost of additional materials.

It was a good price, good professional service, and done on time. Good clean-up of work site after job.

No problem with Mr. Davis when he was here for the estimate. Seemed like a nice guy but I decided to go with anothr contractor. he was very professional. I would call on his services again if needed.
