Description of Work: Removed old roof and installed new one. Beautiful job and cleanup when finished. |They will order extra shingles that you paid for and try to take the leftovers when completed unless you speak up. If you need replacement shingles because of a storm you have spares.

Description of Work: We called because of a leak in our roof and needed to repair the roof, the ceiling below and mud/sand some drywall in our office as well. We were called back promptly and the next morning had someone for an estimate. They came two days later (the next day was a holiday) to do the repair work. They were quiet, clean and efficient. They showed me where I needed something else replaced and took a picture of my roof to show me. They did not add much to the estimate to replace those items they found. They also worked around our schedule and came on Monday to finish up the mudding/sanding of the drywall. We were pleased with what we had done and will most certainly use them again in the future.

Description of Work: The "provider" did nothing. After setting a date for someone from Bob Davis to come to my home and develop an estimate for a siding project on the upper story of my home, no ne ever showed up; I waited for three hours on the front steps of my house in order to meet with their representative and explain my needs, but no one ever came and there was never any phone call to reschedule.

Description of Work: I called this company out twice and both times someone came to provide an estimate, but then I never heard back. I called and was told someone would contact me, made sure they had my phone and email, and no one ever did call me back so I guess they are busy and do not need my business. It would be nice to at least been told though they were not interested in the jobs.

Description of Work: I called them to fix flashing around chimney on my rental property. It still leaked after the first time so I had to call them back out again. They came back a 2nd time and it still leaked. I got someone else to do some repairs on another part of the roof and I just had him seal it. It doesn't leak now. I think the problem was they were trying to use caulk instead of tar to seal the chimney. 2nd guy used tar and I have no problems now.

 + -1 moreCalled Mr. Davis to great an estimate on a Friday told us it would cost 100.00 dollars to install. We told him what door we wanted and it was 140.00.He said he would do it the following week. We called him the following Friday because we had not heard from him, the person that we talked to took our name and said they would relay the message. Monday still have not heard from him so we called again and left another message.He called us back later that day and said that the door would be installed on Wednesday. Wednesday at 7 am the men came to ask which door was being replaced,I told them, then they were going to pick up the door. I told them which door make and model, they came back with the door and installed the new door , the men did a great job. We just have a issue with Mr. Davis saying it would cost 100.00 to install the door then charged us 200.00

 + -1 morePaint matched perfectly. Wood was replaced and painted They had to come out several times as the siding was not attached properly. The wind would get under the siding and you could see it ripple. They eventually stopped returning my phone calls and several pieces of the siding were not attached properly.

 + 1 moreThe job went very well. The job site was cleaned up at the end of everyday. Precautions were used to prevent weather from entering the house it was exposed to the elements. Any of my concerns were addressed promptly during the job. There was an additional expense that was not covered in the original estimate and that was discovered toward the end of the job. Snow guards were required to prevent snow and ice loads from sliding off and causing damage or injury to someone or something. This was over looked in the original bid.
Description of Work: Remove and replace metal roof, siding, guttering and downspouts.
