BILLY'S SEPTIC SVC

I've called two times now to get my tank pumped an left a message an no call back , I'm moving on to someone else that wants to do business.

Fantastic work. Billy's been doing our septic tanks for over a decade. Great reputation locally. His grandson Huey seems to be working his way into taking over and Huey is a great guy and hard worker like Billy!

it seemed to be a standard pump-out. The two servicemen were fast, processional, answered questions, and were seamless to work with. They provided suggestions in terms of additional care, and suggested some inexpensive modifications to make the next pumping go even faster. Money well spent - I will do business with Billy's again.

Called Billy's , they came out the same day on time . Very courteous and let us know what to avoid putting down drain . Will defiantly use them next time !

Billy's Septic Tank Cleaning was very curteous and I was able to make an appointment within the same week as calling them. They were accomodating of my work schedule and made it easy to meet them at the end of the my workday. Huey, Billy's grandson was very easy to work with over the phone, and both he and his grandfather?Billy) arrived on time. They were both very friendly and explained my system and provided some advice on how to keep my septic system in good working order. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to the greater Charles Town community. Their price was reasonable ($275 + plus tax) for a 1000 gallon septic tank.

Prompt and courteous! Family run business. Billy and his son came out when they said they would, called ahead. Neat and tidy job - put everything back the way it was. :-)

The guys kept me fully informed of work and status of my equipment. They gave me some possible solutions for future work, as this was an old do-it-yourself tank that needs some special attention. They stayed till after dark cleaning up and putting away things. Despite added work due to lack of formal tank lid, they didn't charge me extra. Great guys! Will only use them for septic work in this area.

This is a family business. When I called the person who answered was professional and polite. Making the appointment was simple. I was given a time frame for the date the services would be performed and told that the provider would call me when they were close. That is exactly what happened. They called and said they were near. When they arrived, they began work immediately after introducing themselves. They could not have been more personable. They were friendly and good natured. They made some suggestions about what I could do to take proper care of my septic system. They did not try to sell me any additional services or products. The work was completed in a timely manner. When they finished they cleaned up neatly and it was as if they had not been there at all. I really wish that all providers were like this. I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone in the area that requires this service. In fact, they were so superior from beginning to end that I chose them over a local company that was less than ten minutes from my home. I could not be happier.

We told by our plumber at 3:30 that our septic tank needed to be serviced immediately. Upon reading Angie's List we called Billy. He was here within 30 min. He didn't wait to the next day and he didn't make me feel stupid when I found out 15 yrs is too long to wait to have my septic tank serviced. Billy and his grandson were very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will see Billy again in 3-5 yrs, Lord willing. Thank you.

I called around a bunch of places and Billy's was able to get me an appointment faster than any of the other options. They came out when they said they would and were very knowledgeable about the system and answered all my questions. The price was higher than other places, but they did do a really good job. They then quoted me a price on replacing the septic tank cap which was really high, but they did tell me where I could get the cap if I wanted to do it myself. Outside of the price being a little high, I highly recommend Billy's.

They called to ensure I was home which I appreciated. Billy was very nice and informative. I was very pleased with their professionalism and wonderful service. They had to dig a little but once the tank was opened Billy had me observe its level and explained the process. It was a very quick process and a reasonable price which was 250 for the clean out, 35 for the dig, and the rest tax. I highly recommend this company. I will most definitely be using them for the next clean out.

Billy and his son were on time, his son knew what he was doing, Billy stood by to help when necessary, carefully removed and replaced the cover very professionally.

The company arrived on the appointed date. Given the nature of their business, all of the work was performed in immaculate fashion. Some digging was required to locate the cap on the septic tank and that raised the price $45 above the stated $250 price. WV state sales tax was also applied. But, the work was done cleanly and efficiently. I would recommend the service. One small suggestion. Call the office prior to the appointment in order to confirm it. Overall, it was worth the cost!

It went well. They were prompt and professional.

We called Billy's because our septic system was backing up into our yard and I was so worried that it would back up into the house. Another company said it would be tomorrow afternoon before they could get to us. So we called and they fit us in the same day! We called around 11:30am and they were at the house and finished by 2:15pm. My husband was there when they came and said the man explained what was going on with the septic tank and why it backed up. On top of pumping the septic tank he also cleaned out the filter as well. I was very happy with the company. I will recommend them to everyone, and will use them in the future.

This was my first time using company that I found on Angies List. I'm very happy because I don't think I would have had such a good experience had I chosen a company on my own. My plumbing was starting to get backed up (septic full, literally) on Saturday. I called Billy’s (in a panic) and a woman answered (I presume his sig. other). She explained that they weren't able to come out immediately because their tank was full and it could only be emptied M-F. She said that I would be their first appointment on Monday morning, right after they emptied their tank. I asked if I had to be present and she said yes because they want to ensure that I saw that they completely emptied the tank (I guess other septic tank companies have a reputation for not completely emptying the tanks and yet still charge the full price and state that they did in fact empty it). [exactly the reason I joined Angies List!] Since I only live 15min from work I asked if she could have someone call me on my cell and let me know they were on their way to my house so I could go into work and wouldn't have to sit around waiting for them. She said absolutely and everything worked out perfectly. They called and left a message and stated that they were on there way to my house and I was off. It was POURING DOWN RAIN this morning and by the time I got to my house they had already pumped my septic tank and were waiting patiently for me to arrive. We exchanged niceties and Billy showed me my empty tank. He asked that I go inside and flush the toilet a few times while he remained outside to ensure that everything was working properly. I came back out and he confirmed that all was well. I asked a few questions about do's and don’ts with regards to my tank and he answered every question (while it still pouring down rain mind you). A younger gentleman (grandchild I presume) wrote me a receipt and it was done....QUICK...PAINLESS....and IM HAPPY WITH BILLYS SEPTIC SERVICE. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their tank pumped.

We called Billy and he came out the very next day. He was very prompt and professional. He explained what might be going on with the septic tank. It was full and not breaking down the waste properly. He showed me the process and how full the tank was. We had no idea what it all entailed until he explained it, unlike the prior septic company. We would use him again.

Billy's came out with no advanced notice. We called them Monday morning and explained that our septic tank was completely clogged and they came that afternoon (it took some time for my husband, myself and a friend to dig out the lid). When they arrived they discovered that the pipe from the toilet to the tank was completely clogged and they cleaned it out with no hesitation. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and went above and beyond the call of duty! They saved us a call to the plummer to unclog the drain!
