Art was very professional and when he said he would be here, he was here. The quote was spot on and the balance due was exactly as expected. He runs a family business and his boys work for him which directly results in first class service. They were very professional when replacing the windows and the finished product was 10X better than other windows we had replaced a couple of years ago by Home View (avoid these folks like the plague!!!!!). We were very happy with the finished product and the cleanup was awesome. We will definetely have him back to do our other windows and doors when it is time.

I was really happy with him. He went above and beyond because he did the gutters on the side. I have a fairly large shed and he totally replaced that roof. Then he didn't charge me for the work he did on the roof of the house and the gutters; that was an added bonus. It is a family business and they were all really nice. He gave me an estimate of when they were going to come and then he called me ahead of time to tell me exactly when they would be there. They showed up nice and early and they did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me a 25-year guarantee. I didn't really compare prices but I thought theirs was reasonable. His wife called me a couple times to make sure I knew what was going on. I would trust him; he's very professional. I was really pleased.

Crew showed up at designated time. Started work on time. Never a foul word is spoken from Art's crew. Excellant service and complete honesty always. Best products at the best price, no haggle. Art is a true man of his word!

They were very good. They came when they said they would, as they gave us a time they would be here and they were. They cleaned up after themselves and they didn't leave any garbage. They were also polite.

Initially, this contractor was contacted to install a few replacement windows in a problem area of our home after we moved in. We contacted numerous vendors and received varying explanations for how the work would be performed and what the total cost would be. It was very confusing and we had the sense that this would be a learning experience for us and the vendors we contacted. Then we were referred to Mr. Jerins by an individual who installed carpet in our home. From the start, we had a high level of confidence in Mr. Jerins' knowledge and experience. He recognized the unique problems associated with our job, how they could be addressed, and the exact materials and time required. We awarded him the contract and there were no surprises - the windows were installed on time and at the exact cost we were expecting. His sons did the installation and both were extremely conscientious and professional. All the Jerins are perfectionists and they approach each job as if it was their own home they were working on. After our first positive experience, we followed up with a series of additional jobs - window installation on a sunroom addition. Total house window replacement, installation of vinyl siding, and installation of vinyl soffitts. Mr. Jerins was able to provide excellent consultation on the materials, color, and design features throughout the process and the end result was better than we anticipated. Again, all work was done in a professional manner. There was no debris to clean up and no damage to any of our property during the process. Another very positive feature of Mr. Jerins' business is that his wife (Chris) handles all telephone calls - she is very responsive, pleasant and conscientious in handling information and makes sure you are kept informed throughout the job. Since moving into our current home, my husband and I have experienced more contractors in the eastern panhandle than most people ever encounter. We have had more than our share of bad experiences and I cannot begin to express what a wonderful experience we had working with Mr. Jerins. I can tell you in advance that his quotes will not be the lowest; however, if you care about quality and want the work done carefully and on-time there is no better bargain!
