+ -1 moreWe've tried to get the problem addressed and solved only to be told we would be responsible for 2 late fees and an interruption in service. They completely disregarded the fact I've called 4 times. I've offered to pay over the phone and enroll in automatic withdrawals, (they don't offer either). So unfortunately I'll have to pay an estimated extra $50 for the incompetence of their customer service department. Oh and don't bother leaving a message they'll never ever call you back.
Description of Work: Absolutely terrible service. If I had ANY other option I would chose a different provider. They bill every 2 months. When I called the first time about missing a bill I was spoken down to like I was unintelligent and didn't understand their billing, except it had been 3 months since my last bill. I called again, and was told "Oh yeah it looks like your bill was returned to us, as long as you pay both bills before the due date everything will be fine" ...... ONLY to pay both bills before the due date and they still interrupted service. What a joke

+ -1 moreWe find them to be prompt and extremely efficient. When we first moved here and there was a slight mix up in pick up we found that they went far above what any other company would have done to rectify the problem. We also have to give them credit as even on the coldest, snowiest day they still came and did their job. What a great bunch of people!
Description of Work: They remove our rubbish from our home weekly.
