Jason Perry was great to work with. He communicates well. This job involved removing and replacing a very wide, crumbling, set of concrete steps, about six feet wide and four steps tall, abutting two houses, one on each side. Jason was excellent at emailing the owners of both houses, ensuring that both of us knew exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He started work when he said he would and completed it quickly and professionally. I will gladly hire Perry Contracting for future work.
