Went very well. I called in August and it didn't get completed until a few months after that. Whenever I called after the initial call, the phone was answered and I was told that I was on the list and they would get to me as soon as possible. The job was done in half a day with no problems. Very safety conscious and great cleanup. When I showed concern about accidents and insurance, Robert said that he would provide a certificate of insurance and he did. Very professional and very good job.

came on time explained what his team would do answered all questions ,remembered exactly what we wanted done to the tree after 8 hours with an hour for lunch ( team of 5) tree thinned out all debris , used cherry picker truck for top & on the ground were spotters and they also removed yard waste great clean up at the end yard was raked of all debris

He did not show up to do the work as he stated, and did not return my follow-up calls!

These guys were great and Robert was very nice and professional. I asked them to leave some mulch for our bushes so I got rid of nuisance branches and mulch for our plants. I would recommend them to everyone, but the one caveat I have is they are so good they are hard to schedule. I was flexible and wanted to work with Robert as nice as he worked with us so we waited until it was convenient for them to stop by the house. A good job by a nice man.

Robert quoted the job and managed his team. We found him to be responsive, true to his word, does not oversell, and is reasonable in price. The crew arrived on time and were very careful and considerate when taking down the branches and trees. Clean-up was thorough... they even used a leaf blower to remove any leaves or twigs that had landed on our neighbor's roof. Other quotes I received were much higher - can't imagine those outfits doing a better job than Robert and his crew. We recommend Robert and Mountain State Tree Service without hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic. These are professionals who are safe and efficient. Have already made recommendations to neighbors.

Went very well. Took only about three hours. Hauled away trees and limbs. Raked up the area. We told them we had a "fussy" neighbor and they were careful to keep everything on our property. These guys know what they are doing and do it well. Will have them back when necessary. Highly recommended.

Great Service! This was a small job with a short completion time frame. I called & left a message at the company # about the scope of the job. Robert called me back quickly-the crew was working in the area & he indicated that if that job was completed in time he would be able to come the same day & if not, the next day for sure. He called the same afternoon & was out in 15 minutes. The estimate was extremely reasonable & the work completed quickly-had the perfect pole saw for the roof work. Robert was a pleasure to meet & my husband was glad to have someone to talk to that also knew about cars. Would certainly recommend to anyone needing tree work.

They were timely and clean in their work. They also checked to be sure that they were completing the correct tasks that we agreed upon.

These were great people to work with. They returned our call promptly and we arranged for them to come give us an estimate. They arrived on time, were courteous and we arranged for the work to be done on that same day. On the day of the trimming and removal they arrived on time and went about the work professionally. They did a great job and cleaned up all the mess after their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service and I intend to use them again in the future if I need them. Several weeks after their work, a friend stopped by and during our talk he said that he'd worked in that profession years ago and knew they had done a great job. We were so pleased with the work they did.

No work or estimate was given. On the day scheduled for estimate my original choice showed up out of the blue with equipment ready to work. Mountain State Tree Service was contacted and I was informed that my appointment for an estimate had to be moved. So, I allowed the other company to begin work and canceled my appointment with Mountain State. Mountain State understood and was professional and polite about the change. It also saved Mountain State an out of town trip.

They were speedy, prompt and did exactly what I wanted them to do. they were also very polite.

They removed vines and dead limbs from several trees in my backyard. They were punctual, did an excellent job of removing everything, and cleaned up when they were finished. The price was good too. They charged what they initially quoted me. I would hire them again.

Great experience overall. I had an estimate at the end of August. I knew it would probably be 4-6 weeks before they could make it, depending on the weather. As long as it came down before the leaves fell, I did not care. Robert and his crew started this morning and had it all cleaned up by the early afternoon. Part of the fence had to come down to make room for equipment. The tree was on the property line and very close to my neighbors garage. Everything went very smoothly. Another neighbor across the alley liked what he saw and is having them back to do work.

They cleaned up all debris, branches, wood chips, and stacked the cut wood for me to have. There are other tree service companies that are less expensive, but I would rather go with a company that is insured, and that leaves little behind. Highly recommended.

I called them to do some tree work at my property a couple of years ago and again, recently. They trimmed, they ground the stumps, they removed a couple of trees, they cut off branches from my neighbor's house, they cleaned off my roof and cleaned my gutters! They have a huge truck with a grinder to get rid of the excess branches and twigs. They brought a bucket [like the utlity company truck] to get on my roof, as well as take off the branches on the neighbor's roof. They also brought a grinder and ground up several old and new stumps. Great job. Very professional. I would call them again for any future work! The company is located in both Mannington and Morgantown which makes it convenient to use them.
