 + -1 moreService was done in an acceptable amount of time. Computer worked fine after I got it back home. The only thing they could have done better was provide some follow up after I got it back home and started up.

 + 0 moreTook my pc in. The Fusion person notice the cord was not attached and attached a cord and it worked. I therefore brought another due only to his honesty.
Description of Work: Thought something was wrong with my pc, but it was just the cord missing ( which was stolen or missed place when I moved from one state to another.

 + -1 moreComputer wasn't working. I tried taking it to other repair shops in the area (but they all just pushed me aside like i was nothing). Brought into Fusions repair shop they had it working in under 3 hours at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: My computer had caught a virus and would not connect to the internet, they removed all the spyware gave me programs to protect me and gave me some pointers on what and where not togo on the internet to avoid this again
