I left messages and no call back. I finally reached vendor by cell phone and he informed me it would be three weeks before he could do the job. I obtained another company to complete the work. He did say he would check in three weeks to see if I still needed his services. Get him a plus for that.

This was a necessary repair for a 1973 house I purchased. Clay Floyd was recommended by my realtor and I was happy I trusted her advice. Clay was prompt, punctual, and got the job done much faster than any other electrician would have been able to. The majority of this repair was a repair for an old General Pacific box tucked away in the closet. I had been told that there were big risks of fire in houses with these old breaker boxes, and Clay required and installed a completely updated box, rerouted to my garage for convenience, and left extra breakers for additions for later. He also fixed some old GFCI outlets and installed new parts on a box for my in-home hottub. It's miraculous with all the work he did, ESPECIALLY with rerouting the home's entire circuit breaker box into another room that I haven't had any issues, but I haven't at all! I would (and already have) highly recommended Clay Floyd to friends and family, and plan to use his company for future electrical projects.

Great! Clay was professional, quick, and left the bathroom cleaner than it was before he worked :) And being new to town, he even gave us some great hikes to check out! So glad to have found a trustworthy electrician!!

Clay was responsive and attentive. He did a good job coordinating with the electric company, and the City to get the inspections completed quickly and the power back on.
