Mrs/Ms [Member Name Removed], I would like to apologize for our companies failure in missing appointments, not seeing through what we had promised and wasting your time. I even more regretfully have to say that your issue was never brought to our owner's attention. I can see that we have lost your trust, but I would still like to speak with you and have you completely explain what happened. I ask this so I may try to rectify the problem that occurred with you and that I can stop this from happening to future customers.
