Dave's Contracting

Getting a good recommendation was important to us. We asked our concrete contactor if he could recommend anyone to build the garage. After a few days he said he only had 2 names he would personally recommend. Dave's Contracting was one of them. We called Dave and left a message. He returned our initial call within a reasonable time and submitted a quote that was within our budget. He was able to start work almost immediately. Payment for materials and 1/2 of the labor was paid up front. From the very beginning, Dave was so easy to work with. He communicated with us often by both phone and text. He and his crew were always friendly and polite. They kept the work area clean and neat. When choices for roof or windows needed to be made, Dave would bring in pictures or samples for us to choose from. He was very good at keeping us informed of the progress and when items were expected to be in. We always knew when they would be returning and what part of the project was being done. Changes in design were easily dealt with and credit given for materials not used. Little extras like an inside landing and stairs and a lock for the door were added at no additional charge. Being winter, we did not anticipate that work would be started until March or April. Now here we are in mid-March with a finished garage! We couldn't be happier with Dave's performance throughout the project.
