We have had Cleaning Services.Com clean our home for about 5 yrs and sometimes they have done a good job and sometimes they have done an extremely poor job - it seems to depend on who they send and the time of day that they arrive (i.e. late in the afternoon and they rush). However, in the past year they appear not to be retaining the better cleaners and we've been increasingly unsatisfied. Today when I came home I heard them vacuuming the porcelin floor (that's OK), But when they left and I entered the house, it was obvious they hadn't mopped the floor - we supplied a new bottle of porcelin cleaner and it was untouched. They knocked 2 pictures off 2 walls, breaking one frame and damaging the wall where the heavier picture was knocked off. One toilet was as dirty as it was this morning and had obviously not been cleaned. I don't think they cleaned anything in that bathroom. In the past they have turned our air conditioner down so low it must have run all day; shortly after that our air conditioning unit needed repaired. Cleaning Services.Com will never set foot in our home again.

All in all it went well. They arrived on time and finished within the timeframe they said they would finish. The house was quite clean when they left. We will likely use them again if we desire to have such service provided again in the future.

I've had the service a month before for the first time, but I wasn't home to see the process however I was satisfied with the result. This past time, I believe, they didn't think anyone would be home as well, and when I came home from work, one lady was on her phone cussing someone out and looked up when I walked in, gave me a smirk, and walked into another room for 'privacy', and the gentleman with her was in my bathroom with my medicine cabinet open looking at my father's cancer medications. I sent them on their way immediately and called their office only to get a brisk apology and offer to have two more cleaners come by. I visited the office the next day to retrieve my key and was handed a final bill, discounted by a whopping 10%. Needless to say no one I know will be giving them business.
