I called three other HVAC Repair and Service companies before finding B&G on Angie's List. The other providers were not friendly and would not work within my schedule. B&G was super friendly when I called and was able to see me the next day - which was the day before a holiday. The technician was very professional and punctual. Although he couldn't repair my unit because the compressor was grounded, he was very helpful explaining the problem and my options. The preliminary estimates we received from B&G today were very fair and we have now scheduled an estimate for a new unit on Friday. I have already recommended them to a friend. This is the first time I have used Angie's List, but definitely not the last. Thanks Angie!

Perfect! The service tech arrived almost immediately. Diagnosed the problem promptly. He had the necessary part needed for the repair on his truck. He installed the part, tested the system. Finished! Very accommodating with billing options.... Overall....excellent experience. Will definitely use this company again.

I have dealt with several different companies over the years and this was is the Best!! They are fast, dependable, reliable and they get the job done! I am very happy with the service they provide.

Our A/C quit working during the first really hot weekend of the spring/summer. At first I only had water leaking in the floor from the coil in the inside unit but it was still cooling so I was not in a big hurry. After I first contacted B & G (based on reviews in Angies List) the unit stopped cooling all together so I contacated B & G again to let them know I was in a little bit more of a hurry. They came out within two days to diagnose the problem, determined the compressor was shot and the inside coil type (which also had a leak) and air handler really wouldn't sync with a new outside unit (although they researched to make sure to try and save me some money). I met with the B&G rep and with his help decided on the best unit for our needs at the best price. Within about a week we had the unit installed and up and running. Just took one day for install. B & G was very professional and I believe they did everything they could to save me money to get our A/C restored.

I called B & G for a quote. Mr. Bernard Cobb returned the call the same day, and came to my home the next day to look at what needed to be done. He called me the same evening with a very reasonable quote. Once the gas company checked and approved the lines, Mr. Cobb began the work within a couple of days. Mr. Cobb is extremely professional and polite. A couple of short delays were needed due to bad weather, and Mr. Cobb provided very timely notice. The work was done very well. It's clear that he knows what he's doing. I am very pleased with the work done, and will gladly call on B & G again.

He gave us a discount on the second job since it was within 30 days from the time he had been here. He also gave a little extra discount for senior citizens. They are very polite and very clean for service personnel. They were very mannerly. They even went out of their way to try to save us money. My mother has asthma so she has to have air conditioning. He told us a simple thing to do to save the cost of an emergency call and it worked so it got us through the night and he came the next morning. They have really done a good job for us. I really liked that he took the time to teach my dad how to use the thermostat because it is an electronic thermostat and it has more buttons on it than we are used to. He was really patient and really took his time to educate him on how to use the thermostat.

I would reccomend them to anyone. They do great work and they are very reliable.
