"ONE-of-the-INSPECTORS""RATED-the-HOUSE"-at-about-(34%-COMPLETE)-and-about-"($8,000.00)"-Worth-of-Work-Being-Done-on-the-Home! I "PAID-OUT"---($13,000.00)---"UP-FRONT" for this Work! I have my "OWN"---"CERTIFIED-HOME-INSPECTOR", that "I-HIRED", that Can and Will Volunteer to Verify and Witness these "STATEMENTS" and my "HOME's-CONDITION", from "START-to-FINISH"!
Description of Work: General Construction Work on My House including Repairs, (Carpentry, Sheetrock/Dry Wall, Plumbing,etc.), with the Priority Issues of :1)Providing an Updated Heating and Cooling System for the Entire House and 2)Correcting a Defective Yard Water Drainage System that had Damaged the Basement and Foundation of the Three-Story House. The Entire Job, including "ANY" of the "WORK", (Both Major and Minor), was Either "Not-Done-Properly" or "Not-Done-at-All"! Any and All of the "WORK" was "SUBSTANDARD", "NOT-DONE-ACCORDING-to-CODES", and "GROSSLY-OVER-PRICED"! All of this Information can be "VERIFIED" by a "CERTIFIED- HOME-INSPECTOR" and (another) "HEATING/COOLING-CONTRACTOR" that I "HIRED"! This "SO-CALLED"---contractor "DID-NOT-EVEN-GET-a-CITY-BUILDING-PERMIT" to do the Job, in order to "SAVE" himself some money and try to get away with doing a "SCAM" on a "SENIOR-CITIZEN's- RETIREMENT-HOUSE"!
