Description of Work: Repair short-cycling furnace that would not hold thermostat temperature.

Description of Work: They were supposed to repair my heat pump, back up heat, and air conditioner. The AC was charged. They didn't have the parts for the heater. I paid for the labor and the refrigerant that was added to the AC. The technician quit. Then, I waited over a month for them to hire a technician to fix the rest of the problems and to get the parts. In JANUARY, my AC was fixed, but my heat was not! Finally, I had someone else fix my back up heat, and was told those parts weren't even needed. My system was not properly installed (by Triangle) and it was a simple wiring issue!!! It's been over a year and they still do not even have a technician AND I'm still being billed for parts that were never ordered OR installed. I've spoken to the owner, who assured me that I owe nothing, yet I still get a bill every month. I will not use them again, and this is after having them do over $8,000 worth of work at my home in the past 10 years!! I planned to have a generator installed, but that work will be done by someone else now.

Description of Work: Installed a new propane furnace, an AC compressor, and tankless water heater.

Description of Work: there workers are very good and know there jobs well. They cleaned up after there selfs and made sure I understood how everything worked before they left.
