+ -1 moreThey are just a bad bunch of people to deal with. Few if any are professional realtors and the office personnel are less than intelligent.
Description of Work: Seneca Realty do not respond to work orders for weeks at a time. They do not keep the apartment outside areas clean. They still have not cleaned up from Sandy. They replace appliances with other used ones that soon go out as well. I was without a dryer for two weeks, a refrigerator for a week, and a dishwasher for two months. They do not to background checks like they say since several of my neighbors have been arrested for selling drugs or spousal abuse. Once they get their money they don't care what goes on or what happens to you.
