Disappointed. After several parts were replaced and repairs supposedly completed under an extended protection plan, our year and a half old washer still is not functional. Repairman was friendly, timely and appeared competent; however, after he left, and contrary to his response that he had checked the repairs, the washer still is not functional. Calls and texts to the company for a follow up have gone unanswered. Beware!
Description of Work: Washer drain and spin cycles would not engage. Strange grinding and clicking noises.

The work was simply excellent. We were particularly impressed with the tech, Jarred. His handling of the problem and respect for our property was beyond expectations. All work was performed in an expert manner. The company, not so much. Our first contact with them told us there would be a $132 charge to diagnose the problem. We agreed. Jarred said the needed parts would be about $180. We agreed. When we got the bill, though, they had added an additional $75 service charge to install the parts. That means we paid $207 service charges to install a $180 part. That seems too high to me. I called the company. They would not do anything about it.

After contacting Lowes about the faulty Fridge they told me that Pro TV would be out Monday to fix it. Pro TV called Monday and said they had to order a part before they could come out to fix it, this was even BEFORE they had even looked at it to see what was wrong. After I thought about it I called Pro TV and they did send some one out on Tuesday. The repairman stated that it had leaked Freon around the compressor, but he did not have the kit to fix it that another repairman had it in Morgantown that day and told me he would return Thursday with the equipment to fix it. Thursday came and no repairman, so I called Pro TV and they had never heard of me. The woman at Pro TV was very hateful and snotty and informed me that there was no way the repairman told me that he would be back Thursday, but that I could schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I had enough of her attitude and I re-contacted Lowes, but was told that Pro TV was the only repair place in my area under contract with them. It is Sat. and I suppose that I have no choice but to wait til. Monday and the return of Pro TV if they even show, I have zero confidence in them, nor trust...I did inform Lowes that they need to re-evaluate their association with this shoddy repair service who treat their customers like second class citizens and their customer service should be re-named customer" lip" service...Do not use these people if You have a choice!!!
Description of Work: They were under contract from Lowes to fix my new Frigidaire Fridge that was still under warranty and had starting blowing warm air instead of cold air.
