COUNTRY CABINETS

Terrible job! Quality of cabinets were not too bad, but the finish was horrible,. runs in the paint (white), on the black cabinets they primed white underneath the black instead of using a dark primer, so it showed through. The cabinets only had one coat on some of them and 2 coats on the other, They tried to glaze the white ones, and had black glaze ALL over the white cabinets, fingerprints in the paint. These were the most unprofessional people I have ever come across, I have my own small business and if my employees ever acted or talked to a customer like the gentleman that owns this business does, they would not have a job. This company has zero customer service and wants to blame their mistakes on the customer and does not take one bit of responsibility for the product they put out. This gentleman was rude to my husband and I in our own home and when we tried to explain how unhappy we were with the finish of the cabinets, he became very irate and his response was "I don't care"! We are now into 8th month without a completed kitchen and no other cabinet maker wants to touch these because they are in such bad shape, it would be overwhelming task. We have asked for money back to be able to start from scratch, we were met with A RESOUNDING NO! Hired an attorney, the attorney sent them a letter and then a phone call, he told the attorney to sue him and hung up on the attorney. Very unprofessional., please remember this when you need new kitchen cabinets, I had waited so long and was looking forward to a new kitchen and instead I got a nightmare with a couple of unprofessional people, who lack in manners and customer service.
