Customer was called multiple times with no success. The customer was finally reached and just wanted pricing over the phone, they did not want to set an appointment for an estimate.

They have good rates and people. They take their time and talk with me.
Description of Work: I have a contract with them and they provide security for my home. The $20 is a monthly fee that covers security and monitoring.
