SUN BUILDERS

The contract was for Labor only @ the rate of $75,00 per hr for a licensed carpenter and helper. I was told it was from it was from their shop to my home, no more than 30 minutes. That they would get 2 15 min breaks and a 30 minute lunch. Thing was I wasn't told I would be paying for their lunch. If you supply materials, or if they have to buy materials make sure you get receipts and see the materials bought and get to KEEP THE LEFT OVERS!. The helper I had was a very Non-Professional in his attitude toward the customer. He told to me he didn't work for me, so he didn't have to do listen to what I had to say about the job. He also didn't care that his a**-crack was showing in front of my wife, very sloppy.. If you use them have the head worker sign his hours!

I needed someone to repair a gutter on a house in WV; I live out of state and did not know of anyone who could do the work. I found the name of Crook Inc. dba Sun Builders in the WV yellow page and recalled that my parents had dealt with them years ago. I spoke with Mark Crank via telephone and explained my situation. Mark indicated that he had someone working in the neighborhood where I needed the wok done and he would have him stop by to take a look and call me back with an estimate. He called back in a timely manner, advised me that he could replace the gutter and would match the fallen piece as closely as possible to what was still on the house. Mark was very professional and did an excellent job. We are very pleased.

When we confirmed we wanted Sun Builder's services he told us he was out of stock on the gutter guard and was waiting for his order to come in; as soon as he got the gutter guard in he would be out to install. We didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks. A few days later I was leaving for work and they were in my driveway going to work, they got rained out that day, I was concerned it would be weeks before I would see them again; but early the next day they were there and finished the job to our satisfaction. We would use them again.

We live out of state and had no idea who to call for this repair. I got Sun Builders info from the yellow pages and was pleasantly surprised when I reached his office. His assistant was very cordial and suggested that I might want to talk to Mark to let him know what we needed done. Mark was very nice, offered to stop by the residence in WV, take a look and give me an estimate. He was very pleasant and also very prompt in his response and estimate. We gave him an ok to do the work and he billed us accordingly. The gutter has been repaired and needless to say we are very pleased.
