+ -1 moreThe salesman, Richard Shell, was pleasant and very professional to work with. He did an excellent job of measuring all the windows and gliding doors. All shades except one shade that was lost in shipment came in when expected. The installers did a super job installing the shades and were very good to work with. The one shade that was lost in shipment was reordered and was promptly installed when it was delivered. We are extremely happy with the shades and the service.
