+ -1 moreThis contractor as well as others quoted much higher than I was willing to spend. I have postponed the work to be done until 2013 so that I can have enough funding for this project.
Description of Work: This contractor did a site visit, we discussed what I wanted and he quoted accordingly in a prompt manner, in writing.
