Did a great job putting down the carpet in the kitchen; however, he did not put down thresholds to keep the carpet down. I have tripped 3 times and fell twice. No injuries with either fall. He did not fix the plumbing in my down stairs bathroom as he said he would do on numerous times. My rental unit need a new floor down, the last renters left water running and it really created issues. Chad just laid tongue and grove fake wood work over the damaged floor. Later on we had a bump come up in the kitchen. I called Chad He just removed the bad sub-flooring did not add new sub-flooring and the tongue and grove will dip, when you step on the ne flooring.The tongue and grove will move up and down where he "fixed it where he "fixed it" he put no sub-flooring down that I can tell. Did not put back the heat and air connection to the register in the kitchen, and there is insulating down all over the place. He didn't think I would check his work. But I Did and I am very all-in-all unhappy, Disappointed he didn't take time to recheck his work. From what I have found and the length of time it has taken him to come back and repair his mistakes he is simply not worth the money. The guy will talk a GREAT Story, but when it's time to get to work maybe he will call; maybe he won't. He is not the worlds greatest communicator I was told by a friend what a good handy man he is/was Sub-Par at best. I can't get him to come back to finish the job. The insurance has paid him so he has nothing to collect from me, he has been paid. Sincerely I hope this helps James P. Brown DDS

He did the work in a professional manner and on a timely basis. He had helpers when they were needed. All in all it was a very enjoyable process (if you can call having strangers in your home "enjoyable"). I am very pleased with Chads work and will call him when I need anything fixed, repaired or replaced.
