What I liked is they said they would come at 8 am. They 1st powerwashed the garage, The 2nd day, they came here at 7:45. They had 2 vehicles of crew. They checked everything thoroughly. They taped up everything so there wasn't any overspray. The boss came around 9 am and picked out some boards that needed replacing. His crew replaced the boards and renailed them in. They had a rustoleum caulking to fill the cracks. They did all this prep work prior to doing any painting. They asked if they could start early due to the weather conditions. They are self starters. I was very happy. They went around after and did a great job of cleaning up. Very professional. I would highly recommend them. They saved me a ton of money and exceeded my expectations. I got an extended and very good warranty also on their work.
Description of Work: The Western side of our house is exposed to the sun. The cedar boards started separating from each other and pulling away from the sun. The stink bugs got in the cracks and the woodpeckers were trying to get to the bugs. They replaced a couple boards and used their patented product which was rustoleum based and spray it on my 30 x 40 house wood and masonry, 1.5 story, 28 x 38 garage done also, 2 decks and staircases on house, wooden staircase from lower to upper. Would have had to replace 40 cedar boards.
