+ -1 moreWhen we called Dave for a bid he returned our call promptly. He set a meeting to look at the job and gave us a bid. He cleared a lot for a new construction, dug for the utilities, put in a construction driveway. The lot is very steep and difficult. Dave did the work when he promised and we were very satified.
