 + 0 moreSince they cashed the check, they can-not be located. They only have voice mail, and will not return any messages left on the voice mail. I gave filed a complaint with the BBB complaint number 12237940. I will also be making a complaint to the state Atty Generals office, as well as filing a Police Report. BUYER BEWARE...................These people are SCAMMERS! Do not give them a dime!!!!!
Description of Work: I hired this company on April 18th 2017 to put siding on a house for a 96 year old man. He wrote a check in full for $7,950.00, which they cashed. The home is located at 385 Broaddus Ave. Clarksburg WV

Description of Work: Work is almost complete. They were very messy and not well cleaned up at days end, but final is not here just yet. They are raising my home due to mine subsidence. You may say they were all very personable and good to work with. They are trying to be cleaner when leaving but as I stated they are not finished yet. This is a difficult task, keep in mind so over all B rating, but they may have an A at the end.

Description of Work: Hired them to replace a skylight. They had no idea how to replace the drywall they took out, we had to have a relative who finished drywall to come in and tell them how to do it. The skylight leaked and we had to go find them before they would come back and fix it. They left a mess and were very un-cooperative when we tried to discuss the issues we had with them.

 + -1 moreThey job was estimated to take 2 weeks. The job took longer because they worked from 10am to 3pm. They were extremely slow and sloppy, and I had to push them to clean up when they left each day. They charged me additional money for electrical work they had to perform to complete the job. Their electrician could not do the electrical work so they hired a local electrical company to do the work. Although they saw wires they would have to move, they did no tell me it would cost be additional money until the job was almost complete. They wanted almost an additional $900.00. I had to hire an attorney to handle the situation. My attorney did work out an arrangement with them and I had to pay $450.00 more than the original price. The time frame for the completion of the job and when I paid the balance was only 30 days; however, the owner called me and left a threatening voice mail on my phone saying he would put a lien on my property.

 + 0 moreI have called them several times and they never come back to do the work even though I have paid them the first payment. They have shown up one time with a sample of the tile, which was wrong. The showed back up in July with another sample and it was wrong. They have stopped coming and they will not answer my phone calls. I have left messages and they have only returned one call and told me they would be at my home but they never showed.
Description of Work: They were supposed to replace the floor in my bathroom, replace the tile in the bathroom, replace the door in the shower, and install an exhaust fan.
