+ -1 moreAlso, they only treat Broadleaf weeds. I had several other types of weeds in the backyard and it would have cost more to treat those. They never provided any feedback but kept overcharging me for services they did not provide.
Description of Work: The contract was to apply weed killer to both the front and back yards. Often times the back yard was not treated.

+ -1 moreHorribly. I was told their service was guaranteed. When I called to let them know that the weeds did not die they said they would come back out. They never did....four weeks went by and they never showed up. I called almost everyday and they kept saying someone would show up and it never happened. Horrible customer service. I would never recommend this company!

Description of Work: They never showed up. We set an appointment, they did not call so we called and complained and scheduled an appointment for 2/21 and they never showed or called.

+ -1 moreTree & srub inspection and treatment was on time and well done. Very professional and helpful. Good feed back and great recommendations. Service performed as agreed in timely manner. Lawn service required 3 phone calls to get some to contact me about the lawn inspection. Lawn tech called on Mon to say he would be out Tue. At 5pm he called to say he couldn't make it until Wed. At 5pm he call to say he couldn't make it until Thur. Thur he didn't even call. Fri started trying to talk with someone at the Round Rock office. The company is shielded by answering services. The claim to work for TruGreen but oviously are not with the company directly. No response from franchise in Round Rock. Don't expect to deal with anybody at Trugreen other than a contract answering service.
