Service was prompt and professional. However, I was quoted $119 for a freon recharge + service call and was billed $175.

An elbow in a radiant baseboard heater had burst and saturated the carpet in a first-floor bedroom and destroyed the ceiling of the family room below. Although it wasn't weather-related, the pipe burst during a period of sub-zero temperatures when many people were experiencing burst pipes. I had to shut off the main water line in the house to stop the water flow. Stuart-McMunn was the only plumber of the many I called that was able to provide immediate service so I wouldn't have the added expense and inconvenience of staying somewhere else. They arrived early the next morning, and had the old pipe removed within minutes and a new section in very quickly and I was able to turn my main water back on soon. They were very efficient, professional and skilled. I consider myself to be able to finally find a plumber that provides prompt and professional service - and I will definitely be calling them again for more work!
