Description of Work: We looked for a local exterminator on Angie's list. After reading reviews, I called Standard Exterminating. We decided that what we needed, was the seasonal services. A technician came out the same day. Everyone was very polite, friendly and professional. The next day, we no longer had any tiny ant invaders. We had been fighting these annoying insects for years. Thank you Standard!

Description of Work: My home is served from the Kenova office. I used them for the second time for quarterly treatment of house (inside and outside) for pest control. They called me to schedule the appointment, showed up and performed the work. I am pleased with the work and will continue to use the provider for quarterly services.

+ -1 moreIt was a wonderful experience. Nicest group of people I have dealt with in a long time. All bees are gone, and as of 9/20/2011 they still have not returned.
Description of Work: Called and talked to Max, the owner of the company. I told him I had a huge bee problem in my attic. He asked me if I knew the size of my attic, which is in a 4,000 sq ft home all 1 level. He gave me an estimate of 350.00 and I told him that would be fine. He schedule for one of his guys to come out in just a couple days. His guy Josh got her on Friday the 19th and worked from 5pm- about 7pm. Josh ran out of the bee fighting stuff and called his boss, Max. I was told by Max, via Josh's phone that He would send Josh out again on Monday morning @ 8am to finish the job, with no additional charges. Due to a high priority job Monday morning, A woman called me from the office to let me know that Josh would be out as soon as the other job was done. Josh got here about 10am and worked hard til about noon. Job was complete and all bees gone when Josh left on Monday. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to get rid of any pest. They are a very proffesional company and stand by their word. Will have them back around the start of spring for their month indoor pest control.

+ -1 moreDid start one day later than planned due to equipment issue. Not a big deal. Most definitely would recommend this company and would use them again in future. Manager visitied job site after second day to check with us on our satisfaction. Jim was outstanding as he spent most of time on job in attic.
Description of Work: Quick response after initial call for quote. Company installed 18 inches of loose fill insulation in attic. Baffles were placed prior to insulation being blown into attic. Very professional technicians worked hard in 90 degree weather for three days. Sealed attic access to cut down on insulation dust.
