QUALITY PLUS INSPECTIONS LLC

Very prompt in returning our call to schedule inspection. He was also on time and was actually working before we arrived at the house. He was friendly, efficient, thorough and honest. He spent about three + hours at the house looking at EVERYTHING! He didn't sugar coat anything, and if something was an issue, he was direct and informative. He had a great sense of humor, and was very easy to work with. We received the report earlier than promised, and it was above and beyond what I expected. The reports were concise, well-organized and very professional. There were pictures and arrows added to highlight any problems. But the best part was, there was no gut-punching surprise. He led us through and gave us tips as he went through, so we were ready when the report came. Overall, what was initially a terrifying thought to me turned out to be an awesome experience due to the expertise and general awesomeness of Ed.
