I called Graham-Simon in reference to an underground water leak. They assured me that a technician would contact me about coming to my home. After 3 days, I called again after not hearing from them. I was assured that someone would contact me again. After 3 more days, I called once again. Same story. After I actually located the leak myself, I call them yet again, told them that the leak was located and dug up and that I merely needed a plumber to fix the pipe. Again I was told that I would be contacted. These people NEVER ONCE came to my home or even so much as return a call. This company is totally useless. So, if you have an emergency, or even a minor problem, BYPASS this company if you actually want work done or even addressed. HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION! AWFUL!

It was determined that the sewer problem was actually on the city side. The bill was then paid for by them.

We had used Graham Simon several time at our previous home and were always pleased with their work. We made an appoitnment for service. Graham Simon came on time - a few minutes early actually, They repaired the leak. The pipe had a hole in it from the snake and drain cleaner the previous plumber used. We had to replace the elboy and another pipe. Since Graham Simon completed the repair - we have had zero trouble with that drain. Their prices are competitive with other plumbers in this area...but you only have to call them once - because they fix the problem the first time. AND are responsible for their work! The Graham Simon employee dropped a wrench on our washer - cracking the plastic facing. Graham Simon paid for the replacement of the plastic facing where the controls are and labor to replace it. I would not call any other plumber but Graham Simon. They are fantastic!!

The water heater was leaking and they had to contact the supplier because the unit they recommended was out of stock. They got it in and installed it much better than the orginal heater had been installed. I would recommend them for any work they do and I will contact them again in the future when the needs arise.

I would recommend Graham-Simon Plumbing. The price was reasonable for the work they had to do. They returned and cleared up a small issue after the fact. They were very prompt in doing that.

I had several plumbing issues when I moved into a new house and they were wonderful. they were polite, professional and responsive. Highly recommend them. Owner and the staff are all great. I will always call this plumbing company. They came to my house over six times as new issues kept coming up.

Drain line for half of house plugged. I tried for 3 days to unplug drain line using water and chemicals. Called Graham-Simon Plumbing Co. They were very responsive and dispatched a crew first thing the next morning. Rather than immediately start electric sewer cleaning, the head plumber tried another water flush while watching the sewer discharge from the house. This time the water flush worked. They were very professional about trying the easy, low cost approach first. I asked them to evaluate whether or not they could repair the cracked left bowl of my integral kitchen sink. The head plumber looked at it and said he did not know how to replace or repair an integral sink. He asked the company to send their best, most experienced plumber to look at the sink. Their expert came the next day and also said that he could not repair or replace the sink with the same quality of work. He said that the job needed a kitchen counter expert rather than a plumber. He then provided the name of a company who could do the work.

The came when they said they would; fixed it promptly. The estimate was accurate and given in writing.

Outstanding quality, responsiveness, professionalism and customer service. Their only drawback is that they are a little high on their prices.

A friend recommended their services. When I contacted the office one of their plumbers was sent out the next day to assess the issues and give an estimate. They replaced the faucets and fixed the leak. (I had ordered the wrong fixtures and they had to come out twice, but did not charge me to tell me what needed reordering). The leak was fixed and was rechecked a few days later.
