Description of Work: REPAIRED DAMAGED MAIN WATER LINE. THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY THAT I TRUST AND CAN RECOMMEND. THEY CAN ON OCCASION BE A LITTLE HIGH ON LABOR CHARGES. THE OWNER/MANAGER HOWEVER, IS A REASONABLE PERSON WHO HAS ADJUSTED COST SOME WHEN WARRANTED. OVERALL, WORK IS DONE RIGHT AND THEY DON'T MAKE YOU WAIT LONG FOR SERVICE.

Description of Work: Dug out and unfroze frozen pipes.

Description of Work: Replaced external sewer line. Also replaced section of pipe draining water from downspout when they discovered it crossed over sewer line. They did this at no additional charge. |Everything seems to be functioning properly. All ditches filled in and grass planted and straw placed.

Description of Work: They were very responsive to our problem with a hot water heater. They came the next day after we called and quickly found the problem and repaired it. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I spoke with this provider twice. The first time I was told someone would be contacting me and they did, approximately 5 weeks later. Someone finally came and looked to see what I needed done and told me they would get back with me in the next couple of days. I have yet to hear back from anyone with an estimate. Found someone else to do the work.

Description of Work: Fixed hose connector to dish washer and leaking sink drain.

Description of Work: WE CONTACTED THEM TO REMOVE OUR, TIRED OLD NATURAL GAS HOT WATER TANK AND REPLACE IT. tHEY ALSO WERE ASKED TO REMOVE / REPLACE A SHORT SECTION OF 1/2" COPPER PIPE (THERE WAS A SADDLE VALVE FOR A PRIOR ICE MAKER ON THE PIECE THEY WERE TO REPLACE, AFTER THE VALVE HAD STARTED LEAKING) ALL WORK DONE ON TIME AND ALONG WITH REMOVING THE OLD TANK AND CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA.

Description of Work: We would like to give Graham-Simon Plumbing Co LLC an A+ in their service. We currently live in Charlotte NC, and remodeling my Dad's bathroom in Grafton VA above the garage (he just celebrated his 90th birthday and did not want him to have to worry about anything), we needed a new toilet installed, and a new sink. The sink that was there was odd shaped and we knew the counter would have to be cut so the new sink would fit. I tried calling several plumbers locally to the Grafton area with no response. I even called a home improvement sore knowing they have contractors. It took 2 weeks for the contractor to even respond, with numerous calls to their team to call me back. The contractor came out and said he would not be able to do the job until June 27th, I felt he gave is this date because he did not want to do the job. I was very disappointed, since our family reunion will be over the 4th of July weekend and we could not take the chance of something going wrong and the plumber couldn't get out there. In the meantime I called the home improvement store and explained to them that I did not feel this gentleman wanted to do the job, he never called my Dad, it took 2 weeks to finally get him to call and confirm when he was going to be out. When he acted like he had a chip on his shoulder, and if he was booked that far in advance, that should have been stated up front it would have saved us $35.00, I also found out later that contractors do not cut counter tops, so we would have had to have 2 people to come out to do the job. So it was a waste of my time and their time to send someone out. I called Graham-Simon Plumbing and spoke with Mike, he was excellent, and he returned my calls as promised and made arrangements with me to have the installers scheduled for when I was going to be there. Terry and Chris were awesome, they installed the toilet, cut the hole for the sink, and the bathroom looks wonderful. Terry even fixed the toilet in the bathroom in the trailer. All of the remodeling at my Dad's has been through long distance, and I am glad that I decided to go through Angie's list, they may have been a little more expensive, but having no headaches made it worth the while. We have never been disappointed with the work or the people on Angie's list. Keep up the good work.
