In the case of emergency roof repair, Do-Rite has repaired my roof within 12 hours of being called. For the most recent occurrence, they came at 7 in the morning after I'd called at 9pm the nignt before, despite having other jobs lined up for the day, because rain was expected that day. In 2010, Do-Rite replaced the roof on my house and garage. They used high-quality roofing materials, explained what is best for my type of roof, and the end result was beautiful. And, as others have said, cleaned up after themselves very well. They're very thorough. I've never been disappointed in their service. I'd definitely call them again.

They were really very good as far as the roof is concerned, which was the major part of the work. The roof had leaks in it; they are all fixed, they did do water work on it, it looks better, it works better. The only negative thing about them is that the guttering they installed because they are basically a roofing outfit; they do guttering it's kind of like associated. The guttering wasn't very good and in fact it was very poor. I called them back to fix some of the guttering they did and they never called me back. I talked to them, but they never showed up and they never called me back, they didn't do anything. I would use them again for roofing, but not guttering.

Do-Rite had to cancel their first appointment to come out and do an estimate at the last minute due to a late start on their work day due to inclement weather. I didn't mind that they had to delay but I wish they would have called earlier so that I wouldn't have left work an hour early for nothing. When they did come out the next day they came and took some measurements and said they would get back to me sometime the next day with a bid for the work. I didn't receive a call until the following day that they had a bid worked up and would drop it off the following day. That day came and went without the bid arriving. The called the next day stating they had a family emergency and would mail the estimate. I received that estimate today (1 week after the initial visit), it is reasonable but the bid for replacing the gutters seems almost too good to be true ($600 for two 55 foot lengths of gutters plus down spouts, other contractors have quoted $1200-1500).

They did an excellent job. He was honest. He honored his price. He cleaned up after himself. They were professional and respectful. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.
