+ 0 moreMy job took approximately 3 1/2 days with 2 guys and sometimes 1. They were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Mark Henderson managed to squeeze my job in even though they were very busy. The contract explained all the charges, as did the invoice.
Description of Work: Repaired leaking roof, replaced flashing and some shingles, replaced rotted floor boards and put up braces for back porch. Indoors they repaired the damaged suspended ceiling railing and replaced the tiles. They repaired hinges on the front door and installed dead bolt locks on the doors..

Description of Work: They temporarily fixed a leaky roof and then replaced the whole roof and did repairs on the subroof. They were very professional and cleaned up every day. Mr. Henderson went out of his way to help me as I am in a different state and he took care of it over the phone for my mother. |A+

Description of Work: They replaced my mothers roof and also the plywood underneath that was bad. Mr. Henderson couldn't be nicer to deal with. We worked long distance and in person. He replied immediately and his crew were prompt and cleaned up every day. We are very pleased!

+ 0 moreThey were prompt and fast. Service was nice. I changed my old sink (2 bowls) for a new one (single bowl). They made all the connections and installed the garbage disposal. 2 guys came, but only one of they stayed to fix the sink, so I was charged only for one.

+ -1 moreI will never call them again for anything. I had been told by two people that they worked with higher rooves and one person said it was slate like mine. I told them that but didn't matter.
Description of Work: The provider did nothing. I have had 4 roof leaks since living in my home for 7 years. I called City Windows on the first two. They said they would come out and never showed up. On the third leak I did not call them. On the fourth leak my roommate had called them and said the person answering the phone was rude and said someone would call back. I told him probably a waste of time because they didn't show the first two times. I then called back just to see and the person answering the phone said it was too dangerous but I could call the insurance company and maybe ask for more money because scaffolding would be needed so I guess it would not have been too dangerous if a lot more money had been available.

+ -1 moreNo major problems with the previous work done. However, nearly three years ago asked them to give me an estimate on covering the wood fascia and trim on the house. I have mentioned it a couple more times, but no one has ever contacted me to come out for an estimate.
Description of Work: Removed old shingles and installed new roof on house and garage; installed vinyl siding on garage; installed two replacement basement windows.
