Picked this company because it was close & ad in telephone book stated that they did residential & commercial. Did not know anything about garage doors, just picked one that was insulated well & photo. Was told that the man coming to do the work had lots of experience & had worked for And++++ windows & doors. They re-scheduled 2 times & then worker was not on time. When I got home from work 8 hrs later, old door was removed & all the parts for the new door lay on the garage floor, 12 hrs later door was up , but not working. Came back next day & when I got home from work 8 hrs later door was up & working, door lock (t- bar was missing. Had to wait ? for them to order T- bar (which was not what I expected), then install it, then it never worked right so I removed it, never called them back as I did not want to use their service again. Called another door company to ask how long for it would take for same job they said 2 hours 3 tops & they could have it done next day.
