+ 0 moreThey were very responsive. They showed up and gave me a quote on site that day and once the decision was made to use them for my updates. We setup a time and day, they were on time each day and cleaned up after all the work was done. I would use them again anytime. install A/C outside Disconnect, moved wired connection from House to under ground connection to my garage. installed 7 new outlets in my garage, installed 2 over head lights. Wired new lights to switch, ran new service to front and back porch for outlets with protective covers. Install a recessed outlet for my wall mount TV and ran audio cables, for clean surface mount. Installed bathroom exhaust timer (10 - 60 )min for fan. In kitchen installed GFCI outlet to bring everything up to Code.

Description of Work: They found and fixed an electrical problem that others I asked to look at it could not find. Others told me I would need rewiring for thousands of dollars but they found the problem and fixed it for several hundred. They was a slight problem a few days after and they quickly came back and touched it up.

+ -1 moreI had a light switch develop a 'hot' smell last night. My wife also go shocked pretty hard when we took the case off of it and she was just holding her hand to the front of the switch to see if it felt hot. She didn't stick her finger back in the switch or anything that would justifiably shock her. I called William Jean this morning, and he was able to get someone out to my house by early afternoon, so he was very responsive. The contractor who came to my house turned the power back on, then proceeded to go through and test the switches and connections. He told her everything was fine, so she asked how she got shocked and he told her that she didn't get shocked. Well, yes, she did. He told us the switch that had the light/fan on it wasn't powerful enough and that was what was causing the smell, but he didn't have one he could install. We would have to go purchase a new one and then he could come out and install it. Well, I won't be having him install the switch. $70 cash (a slight discount for cash) to tell us the switch wasn't powerful enough seems a bit steep, and since he completely discounted the notion that she got shocked, I'm not convinced that there isn't another problem in the switch box.
Description of Work: I had a light switch that included a regular switch and then a combo switch that runs the ceiling fan and dims the lights on the fan.
