+ -1 moreI think they’re horrible. I hate going into the stores; you wait forever. I wish there was more competition so someone would drive them out of business. On a scale of A-F I would give them an L. They have you over a barrel and it’s not as if you do any better if you jump to one of their competitors. I don’t like much about them at all. Their customer service is just horrible; they’re not grateful to have your business. They have you locked into a two year contract. They are always courteous.
Description of Work: I use Verizon for my cell phone.

+ 2 moreI have been with Verizon since the beginning and they are better than average. Their responsiveness is above average and they have been very professional.

+ -1 moreI love them. The coverage was good and if I had any kind of problem they would actually could find a human being to talk to which was kind of important. Mostly I had no problem to contact them for anything. I would not leave them for anything and I recommended them to two people. The bill was paid automatically. They seemed to be very dependable. They do not seem to be any problems with dropped service. I had another provider and they were dropping calls on me. But my staff had some service provider one time or the other and all I heard was complaints. But when I was ready for a cellular phone someone told me to try Verizon because they were excellent and I did. I have been very happy. My staff tried the local provider and they were not happy. Verizon was absolutely right. When I first signed up the price was reasonable. The staffs were good people.

They have good customer service, because I have had some personal issues and they were very kind, they actually helped me to come up with a payment plan and they were very nice about. They didn’t say stuff like, that I owed this much money today and they allowed me to pay it over a few months, so they were just very helpful. I would recommend them and I will continue to use them in the future.
