Universal workers showed up early in the morning, immediately got set up, did not stop, worked very hard. Protected the landscaping, cleaned up everything and went over drive and yard with magnetic roller. They were very neat. I was very impressed and very pleased with the job.

They knocked on my door and informed me Charleston had a hail storm recently and they were doing free roof inspections. The sales guy said a inspector would be out the next day. True to his word, an inspector showed and took a look at my roof, gutters and out buildings. The hail had caused a leak in the roof so they also looked at the ceiling in the living room. He told me they could handle it all, so I signed on with them. When my insurance inspector showed up Universal sent a guy out to make sure everything that was damaged was seen by the insurance guy. 2 weeks later a roofing crew showed up and had the roof done by that afternoon. I paid the universal guy half the money the Insurance company gave me. 2 weeks later the gutter guys showed up and replaced all the gutters. 1 week later the ceiling was repaired. All three work crews did excellent work. Out of the $10000 the insurance company gave me I paid Universal $7000.
