Description of Work: Landscaping in the front of my home.

Description of Work: I live in charleston wv. I contacted this co. to begin a yard rehab due to neglect on my part. The process began in late April. The consultation took place, a written proposal was made and I agreed, paying half to begin the job. Here is what I found 1. No communication took place until I began tracking them down via phone, only then did the job begin in mid June. 2. The job was unfinished. The front of my yard was supposed to be cleared. It was not. 3. After emailing them again and sending photos of the unfinished work, another associate returned my message and apologized and offered to complete the job this same day. I agreed and told them to only weed out the undone portion, counter to what was agreed. All I wanted at this point was to close out the relationship. 5. A crew was just here. Part of the clearing was done, but there are still weeds and growth among my vinca. See photo. I'm going to call it a day with terrasalis. They do not communicate unless you initiate, and even then their response doesn't quite match what's articulated. The work that was done if fine. It's just the lack of communication, the overtly lengthy process, and the slight difference in result vs. what was discussed that's troublesome.
