Sigmon Appliance Repair

We were extremely dissatisfied, Mr Sigmon had no idea what was wrong with the refrigerator and why it was not cooing but the freezer was working fine. His only suggestion was that we sweep the back of the appliance and that it appeared to be working fine at that time. It was not working again the next day. Will not call this service again. He charged us 76.00 for nothing. I had to call another repair service.

I spent $83 on the first visit. During the first visit, they looked at the dryer to check what was wrong. It cost $224 for the final repair. The downside was that it took two weeks for the repair to take place. The upside was that I did not have to go shopping for a new dryer. The repairman was nice, polite, and likeable. I thought the repair was rather expensive. Also, I thought it took too long. There was a lot of laundry piled up. I had an average experience with them. The dryer was fixed and it seems to be working well. I told my husband that next time I would just buy a new dryer. I would have used another company, but that company was going out of business. I would use this company again only if needed.
