Description of Work: Needed an estimate for the insurance company. Gentleman called made arrangements to come out that Saturday morning. Was suppose to get with me Monday to get the estimate never heard anything Wednesday I called him he said he had been busy and forgot about me. Gave him a fax number to fax it to me that evening or Thursday come Friday morning I still hadn't received it. Called him again he said he would just drop it off Saturday morning on his way to a job. I agreed waited all weekend never showed. Called him that Monday and he stated he was comfortable writing it after me waiting around for over a week. I will never do business with him again and I'm warning my fb friends to.

+ 2 moreVery pleased. Bathroom turned out beautiful. Took a little longer than expected but the bathroom was gutted & plumbing & electrical rearranged. Roger & crew showed up timely everyday & cleaned up after themselves. I plan to use him again next year for a kitchen remodel. Highly recommend!
Description of Work: Bathroom remodel. Walls moved & entire bathroom reconfigured. New drywall, floor & wall tile. Heated floor installed.

+ -1 moreJob went extremely well. Roger's crew showed up on time and cleaned up every day. They are very friendly, listen well, and very professional in their work. Roger is very particular about fit and finishes. Roger showed up at least once a day to supervise the work. Excellent job.
Description of Work: Remodeled my kitchen. Removed old cabinets and appliances. Salvaged on set of cabinets and reinstalled them in my laundry room. Stripped everything to the studs. Removed on non-baring wall to open the kitchen to the dining and living room. Insulated and dry-walled the kitchen Installed new lighting fixtures and outlets. Installed new cabinets and island with granite countertops . Installed new sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas cooktop, and built in oven and microwave . Painted all exposed walls and woodwork. Installed new bamboo flooring.

Description of Work: This company gave me an estimate to remodel my very small bathroom in a condo. It was to be a complete remodel, but their estimate was double the cost of the next contractor I contacted. I was to purchase the supplies (tub, toilet, vanity, etc.) which ran about $1,000. I guess they were planning to charge $11,500 for labor.

+ -1 moreR D Posten Construction is an excellent finisher. They make sure that everything is perfect. The workmen themselves took it 2 months to do it, we became very good friends with all of them. They did a very good job. I would recommend them highly. He said it would take us 2 months to do it and they finished up 2 months minus 3 days. There really wasn't any issues. They cleaned up and they just kept working. His price was a little high but we did talk him down a bit.

+ 4 moreProject went very well. Was completed on time and within budget. Project started 1/13/13 and finished 3/8/13. Work crew and subcontractors showed up on time and cleaned up each day. Very easy to work with.
Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel. One wall removed, complete rewiring, new drywall, floors, etc. New cabinets and appliances.
