Makes HOUSE CALLS at an additional price for travel time and miles. GREAT LOCATION at south side of Spring Hill-Dunbar bridge on MacCorkle Avenue; a couple of blocks from the old Rock Lake Pool. FREE EASY PARKING. Excellent, professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. I RECOMMEND HIGHLY. QUINN TECHNOLOGY IS GOING TO GET ALL MY TECHNICAL REPAIR FROM NOW ON~! When I was moving back to WVa, homesick for the mountains and rivers, I called from New Mexico and told them how much I wanted to spend on a computer and the cost limit. For an extra reasonable charge, they order the computer and large screen and printer for me. Heck, there are so many computers out there, I had no idea what to get. Once they buy YOUR computer for you, QUINN will service at a very reasonable rate. .As I am disabled, Quinn Technology was here in a couple of hours, picked up my computer, took it in for repair and returned same day. A minimum 2-hours charge is VERY reasonable for this service. Since the problem was more complex, one of the many computer techs needed to take my computer in, fix it, and brought it back same day. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT QUINN TECHNOLOGY!!! Thanks, guys. 24-hr support. 304-414-8000.
Description of Work: Last contact was free general information. Repeating and lifetime customer since October 2012. The reason I gave a "B" on punctuality is that this excellent business stays very busy. QUINN will buy a home computer for you for a modest charge, then it is up to you to pay for service. This is very reasonable as this is a "mom and pop" store and considering I am on a fixed income. A great deal of their business is CUSTOM COMPUTERS for TECHNICAL USE. As for my home computer, I told QUINN how much I wanted to spend and general details as to size of screen, CD burner and printer. They picked out the parts and set it up for me. QUINN does great work. I've only had to make a couple of calls for repair in the last 3+ years. NOTE: QUINN makes house calls at a reasonable price. A blessing for a disabled person like me.

+ 0 moreIt went very well. Louie is very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me learn how to use the computer better, and also set me up to be able to take classes. The woman that works for him also is very nice and helpful.
Description of Work: Bought a computer to do school work on, he let me pay monthly for it. He also fixed my other computer.
