+ -1 moreGreat experience, and I'll definitely call them next time my in-laws need some help! They have been using Best Buy's service and haven't been happy.
Description of Work: Brian came out to my almost 80 year-old in-laws' house to help them set up a wifi picture frame I had purchased for them--not exactly difficult, but I knew they'd need help with it, and I live in Virginia. He came, set up the frame and the user account, gave them a tutorial on how to send and receive pictures with the frame, and fixed a couple other issues with their computer, too. He was very patient with them.

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT! They were great, spent the time needed to fix my computer so it would stop crashing. Very reasonable with cost and provided instructions for future problems that I might encounter as well as software. Set up and installed wireless printer I had purchased and provided information on my wireless router that saved me major $ that I didn't have to spend to upgrade it as my cable/internet provider had indicated I was going to have to do. I would most definitely use them again and continue to recommend them to my friends. You can also take your computer in to their office, but due to the issues I was having I requested they come to my home.
Description of Work: Came to my home, checked computer. Removed viruses, worm, installed wireless printer, set up with software.
