Positive Moves Moving Company

Using this company for my move was a terrible idea, I read the reviews they had on Google and only seen a few bad reviews so I gave them a chance. The day they showed up to move us, they showed up 2 hours late and only had 2 movers instead of the 3 that were supposed to be provided. After multiple phone calls that morning they assured me the 3rd guy was coming he was just late to work(he never showed up). And aside from that, one of our animals got loose from the house and ran away. After realizing it was missing we spent the next 1.5 hours searching around the house and outside for the animal. The employees never answered us when having discussions if they had seen said animal anywhere. After the move was complete and they left, the next day I called their office to only get their voicemail. After multiple attempts to reach them (it took me 4 days) someone finally answered the phone and I explained what all had happened and he assured me he would call me back after he called the employees to question them about possibly seeing or knowing what happened to the animal. I never received a call back from them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Dallas took my call quickly and booked me for a move that offloads a freight trailer at the yard to move onto a smaller truck to head to my new home. I'm excited to work with Dallas, he was very professional and friendly. He says we're all set so I'm hopeful to hear from him closer to the move date and excited to work with him and his team!

Very nice employees. Always got to the correct addresses. Got the items moved safely and without damage. A little pricey though, if your move is a short one. $175/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Of course, this is the first time I've ever used a mover, so I have no clue about the going rates. For all I know, the rates are very low.

Dallas and crew were absolutely the best. Moving is never fun but these guys are fast, professional, courteous, and they get the job done. They communicated and confirmed prior to my move date and arrived on time as promised. They made the whole process a lot smoother and faster. I highly recommend their company. Worth every penny!

The crew arrived at the agreed upon time. We had them remove the furniture from one house and then drop pieces at several destinations. All the workers stayed busy and took great care of the items. Some were quite heavy. Excellent packing in the van and placed all the items where we wanted them. I will use them again whenever I need things moved and will gladly recommend them to friends. Big thumbs up.
