Description of Work: Buyer's realtor. Realty company's fee was 6%. Did show us any house we wanted to see over 3 months. Suggested an inspector that did not do his job well. The Realtor was nice and professional.

Description of Work: Misti Beach of Old Colony is the best relator ever. I have previously had 4 other realtors and they were awful. Misti has bent over backwards to help me find the house of my dreams!!! I would recommend her to everyone I know.

They were very good. I was very surprised. They were very good actually. They showed us around the house, they explained everything, they even gave me information about how much the buyers wanted. They worked with us and the sellers of the house. I was very happy with them, they were very professional. He was very good I must admit. I never felt like he pushed us into the house. He asked us what we were looking for and he tried to present the ones that were for sell in our price range. He stuck to what we were looking for and didn't try to stretch our budget.
Description of Work: I last used Old Colony Realtors to buy our house nine years ago last month.

The agent was very patient with us as we moved to an area that was much higher priced than we were anticipating. He shwoed us over 150 homes in person plus gave us hundreds more to review. We finally purchased a new home using this agent. He did a good job overall.

Wnderfully!
Description of Work: Mr DeWitt Blundon listed my residential property and had a better than asking price within 3 weeks. We closed with 10 mdays of the contract signing. He was thorough, resposible, and a really nice guy. I wouldnt hesitate to reccommend him to anyone
